Write a clean and clear job order including the patient information. And then set your schedule based on your preferred date and time. You will see healthcare professionals availability on the schedule you have set. Review and select the healthcare professionals in your area of need.
Make payment based on your preferred payment method. Current available payment methods are Bank or ATM transfer, Internet Banking Transfer, and Credit Card.
The price you pay are set directly by our healthcare professionals.
MyNurz Home Health Care Professionals are available in Greater Jakarta Area & Surabaya. We Plan to Expand our service area to include: Bandung, Medan, Balikpapan, Denpasar, Makassar, etc.

If for any reason the situations have changed and you no longer need your order completed, you have the option to cancel your order.
Here is our cancellation policy:

  1. To cancel your order you must send an email to support@mynurz.com, your subject email must follow this format: Cancellation [your order ID] e.g.: Cancellation NIDCKG201604070001, or you can contact us at 021-2205 7505 (Monday – Friday at 09.00 – 17.00).
  2. If you cancel your order within 24 hours before the starting time, we will refund 75% of your selected shift(s) payment.
  3. If you cancel your order less than 24 hours or an ongoing order, your payment cannot be refunded except certain conditions*.
  4. If the healtcare professional that you have selected cannot continue his/her service, Mynurz will find the replacement for you, depending on the availability. If you still want to cancel your order, we will only refund your payment 75% of the remaining shift(s).
  5. The refund of your payment depends on payment method you have chosen:
    • If you are using a credit card the refund will take 14 (fourteen) working days
    • If you are using a bank transfer the refund will take 7 (seven) working days

Please note that email should be your primary communication method with us!

* Details of Certain Conditions

  • Patient has to be hospitalized, because of loss consciousness or any other critical conditions
  • Patient is passed away (please attached the death certificate from local government)
