Visit www.mynurz.com and complete your data in the registration field, and choose the type of services you need
Describe your patient conditions and information (it would be good if you can provide medical certificate). Tell us what your need e.g: nurse, physiotherapist, speech therapist, occupational therapist etc, then set your schedule based on your preferred date and time. MyNurz will send the list of home care providers candidate to review and select. if you are agree, MyNurz will coordinate the service for you.
All payment should be paid directly to MyNurz account. Current available payment methods are Bank or ATM transfer, Internet Banking Transfer, and Credit Card.

Currently, MyNurz services are available in 12 cities in Indonesia, 10 cities in Thailand and Singapore

If for any reason the situations have changed and you no longer need your order completed, you have the option to cancel your order.
Here is our cancellation policy:

  1. To cancel your order you must send an email to support.th@mynurz.com, your subject email must follow this format: Cancellation [your order ID] e.g.: Cancellation NIDCKG201604070001, or you can contact us at 02 026 3844 or 062 425 5688 (Monday – Friday at 09.00 – 17.00).
  2. If you cancel your order within 24 hours before the starting time, we will refund 75% of your selected shift(s) payment.
  3. If you cancel your order less than 24 hours or an ongoing order, your payment cannot be refunded except certain conditions*.
  4. If the home care providers that you have selected cannot continue his/her service, Mynurz will find the replacement for you, depending on the availability. If you still want to cancel your order, we will only refund your payment 75% of the remaining shift(s).
  5. The refund of your payment depends on payment method you have chosen:
    • If you are using a credit card the refund will take 14 (fourteen) working days
    • If you are using a bank transfer the refund will take 7 (seven) working days

Please note that email should be your primary communication method with us!

* Details of Certain Conditions

  • Patient has to be hospitalized, because of loss consciousness or any other critical conditions
  • Patient is passed away (please attached the death certificate from local government)
